Ani Mikhanashvili
Ani Mikhanashvili is the founder of Fireflies. She is a master of organizational psychology and a certified integrator of the Adizes Institute. She has 7 years of experience in the business sector and 5 years of experience in organizational development and HR projects. She has been working on the brand strategy for more than three years.
Mikheil Mtiulishvili
Mikheil Mtiulishvili joined the Fireflies team as a business project analyst in 2022. He has six years of project management experience in both the business and civil sectors. During this time, as a Fireflies project analyst, he was involved in the management of more than 10 projects.
Megi Sidamonidze
Megi Sidamonidze is the visual brand author, who has worked with about 20 Georgian and international companies. She has five years of graphic design experience. Her career path includes the UI/UX design field for international projects. Megi has worked on illustrations for sci-fi and fantasy genre books.
Nanuka Makharashvili
Nanuka Makharashvili is a marketing manager in the Fireflies team. She has four years of experience in copywriting, social media management, and communication. Nanuka’s professional direction involves cultural, political, educational, and journalistic fields.
Sofia Mtiulishvili
Sofia Mtiulishvili joined the Fireflies team as an HR assistant. Her work includes involvement in the candidate search process, participation in interviews, communication with candidates at the selection stages, involvement in the preparation of reports and planning of various HR activities.
Lika Mtvarelidze
Lika Mtvarelidze joined the Fireflies marketing team as a digital media manager. Lika's experience includes the marketing and sales fields. Her work includes social media management, content management field and involvement in planning of marketing campaigns.
